Support for Pfam download table

Currently, the domain annotation table is a custom export from ProteomicsDB.
It would make sense to support the Pfam downloadable table from here: https://ftp.ebi.ac.uk/pub/databases/Pfam/mappings/

Should be relatively straightforward.
