FR: Always launch maximized

I have recently discovered your extension while I was looking for another extension on Cinnamon Spices that provides an option to force all windows launch maximized by default, only to found that it does not exist.

I think it make sense to "extend" this extension with this feature rather than creating a new one, since as the name already suggests: "New window settings". There is a GNOME extension for reference: https://github.com/brennoflavio/gnome-shell-extension-maximized-by-default

I had thought of adding this feature a while back, but I didn't because Cinnamon already restores the maximized state of an application if it's closed in a maximized state.

So I guess my question is this, what is the use case here? If you maximize all your windows and close them while they are maximized, then don't you end up in the state where all your windows open maximized already without having to force it to be that way using an extension?

That state does not persist after reboot.
