specify a license for pigz4j

Thanks for providing a port of pigz for java. Can you specify under what license the code is available? Without any license information, we can not be sure if we can use pigz along with our software. The original pigz sources in C seems to be licensed under the zlib/libpng license, which would be compatible with the GPLv2 that we currently use to release our software. Hope the same can be true for pigz4j.

Hi @mrieser, Thanks for reaching out.

This brings up a couple excellent points, one of which is that this project is actually not a 'port' of pigz, which I now see is totally confusing given my probably poor choice of 'pigz4j' as a name. :/

I was really just going for a play on the Parallel Implementation of GZIP + for Java. The only thing derived from pigz itself in this project is the idea of priming the compression dictionary with the last 1/4 of previous block. Not sure if this alone is reason enough to require using the same license (doesn't seem like it would/should be?) .

Ultimately my personal preference of license would've been Apache 2.0, but now it seems like I need to do some due diligence and check, perhaps changing the project name as well. I'll circle back here when I know more.
