Update docs to indicate response object from GET, POST methods is http.IncomingMessage

I was looking in the docs on how can I get the HTTP response status code but couldn't find it. Later found out (joe answered on IRC channel) that the API returns http.IncomingMessage object on response and status code can then simply be retrieved by response.statusCode.
