The filter configuration from the URL query parameters should have priority over the default configuration

Jmix version: 2.7.999-SNAPSHOT

Steps To Reproduce

1. The view has URL query parameters facet and settings facet configured
2. The view has a default filter configuration
3. Select a configuration other than the default one
4. Refresh the page

Current Behavior

Default configuration will be applied

Expected Behavior

The previously selected configuration should remain.
