ng-change and ng-disabled

Guys, how can I use ng-change and ng-disabled on directive?

Here is a quick method that I made to use the module (hack), I recreated the directive under another name to implement the search :
angularMultipleSelect/build/multiple-select.js

in scope : liveApiUrl: '@',

                    scope.onChange = function (item) {
                        HttpService.get(scope.liveApiUrl + scope.inputValue, function (res) {
                            scope.suggestionsArr = res.data
                        });
                        
                        scope.selectedItemIndex = 0;
                    };

It works very well
