[Fabric 1.21.1] Cannot scroll at all after changing any setting #303

YACL 3.8.0
I noticed it with the mods Structurify and Better Clouds which use YACL.
When you open the config screen and change any setting you can no longer scroll, at all. Neither the mouse wheel nor the scroll bar on the side work. You can only repeatedly hit TAB to jump through the options. After closing the config screen and reopening it scrolling works again, until you change a setting.
I also tested this in a minimal environment with the same result.
