🎨 UI Enhancement: Improve Green Hover Overlay on Program Cards

Description

Currently, when a user hovers over any of the program images (e.g., Strength Training, Functional Fitness, etc.) on the homepage, the image gets a green color overlay. This effect looks visually off and may negatively impact the overall user experience and aesthetic consistency of the site.

Current Behavior

• On hover, the image is overlaid with a green tint.
• It affects the visual clarity of the image and doesn’t align well with the otherwise dark, elegant theme.

Suggested Fix ✅

The green color overlay should be completely removed.
