Troubles downloading the slide deck on my Huawei Mate 10 Pro

It is not clear to me whether the link to the PDF is broken, or what else.

Apparently I can download a file called hackafake.pdf but then the file cannot be displayed on the phone

OTOH it seems to work on my company iPhone SE

I would propose to post the slides to some public slide sharing services (for instance https://www.slideshare.net/) and put the link to it inside the dashboard
