Secondary sort criteria

For example packages, you get is sorted by "name" by default. However, as the screenshot shows, there is no second order criteria. Which makes it pretty hard to work with. My expectation for defaults would be:

1. By namespace
2. By name
3. By version
4. By label

This issue is currently awaiting triage.
If contributors determine this is a relevant issue, they will accept it by applying the triage/accepted label and provide further guidance.
The triage/accepted label can be added by org members.

If I understand correctly you are asking to sort a Table by multiple Columns at the same time. Is that right?

Visually, with Patternfly, we can only sort the table by one column at a time.

The fact that the data might be difficult to see might be a reflection of a different problem like #322

If visualizing the data is difficult I think #322 makes more sense than introducing multiple column sorting criterias.

Yes.

I think this is different in a way to #322 as that issue it about packages of an SBOM. While this one is about the global package list. The latter having more similar items than the former.

Maybe there are other ways dealing with this. Maybe a "traditional" one is multiple sort criteria. Right now it feels a bit chaotic.
