Support CMD_BIOMATCH command

I remember that I once downloaded version v3.0.5.
At that time, it supported CMD_BIOREAD and CMD_BIOMATCH.
However, now I can’t find any related implementations at all.
Even in v3.0.5, the related implementations seem to be missing now.

Is there something going on?
Will these features be supported again in the future?

I don't think this was ever supported. I just did a git search on on revisions and it came back empty.

As to future support, I don't have a PD that supports this; but I would be happy to review PRs that add support for this command.
