bug: Call active after internet loss

Describe the bug

I lost my internet for a while and the call I was on kept active in the app menu. After getting the connection the connection wasn't resumed.

How to reproduce

1. Participate in a call
2. Remove internet

Expected behavior

If the connection can be resumed, it would be nice to have that, because the interruption might be temporary (like changing wifi networks). After some time, or in case resuming is not possible, the call should be ended.

Interesting, I would expect Livekit to reconnect. Could it be that we "log" out the other participant from the call? Will investigate

Livekit actually handles the reconnection. If the participant is able to reconnect the call resumes. We are missing though proper handling when the livekit participant can't reconnect and eventually disconnects.
