Fix the -CHECK_OVERLAP=1 option. 

Since GEANT 4.10 the method that is used to check overlaps has changed, as did the command to check the overlaps. See: https://geant4-data.web.cern.ch/geant4-data/ReleaseNotes/ReleaseNotes4.10.0.html  down a bit in "Geometry" then "Navigation".
