Wrap using the universal StartSSL API CLI

Hi,

I've released a CLI which let's you easily talk to the StartSSL API: https://github.com/famzah/startssl-api-cli

It hides the burden of creating the JSON input manually, as well as provides output in several formats for easy integration. You can use any StartSSL API command with it.

This is just a friendly note that if you decide to switch to the StartSSL API (and not parse the StartCOM website), there is already something to start with.
