1. Create a new project under your GitHub account. 2. Customise the fields to have Status (_New_, _Ready for development_, _In progress_, _Closed_). 3. Create a Priority field (_High_, _Normal_, _Low_). 4. Create a Size field (_S_, _M_, _L_, _XL_). 5. Create a Time-box field (number input). 6. Create a board view (columns based on Status, sorted by priority, show Size and Time-box). 7. Create a SPIKE backlog view (grouped by Priority, only show those with a Time-box value). 8. Create a few example issues to showcase the views.
