params.pp $template set to '' -> provided template not used

Hi,

I noticed that you provided a template for the main configuration file "monitrc/monit.conf".
You do not used as default by the module, because in params.pp you assign $template to ''.

I wonder. Is this correct. This way it is not possible to use your template unless I copy it out to "my own" configuration module.

Frankly I don't remember if this was an explicit choice or a forgotten default parameter.
To avoid to change the behaviour of the module, I'd leave the default template empty, and document better in the README how to use the existing one provided by the module. PR welcomed.
