Create better documentation

Good at writing documentation?

Would love to have someone just write a clearer set up process for PythonBuddySandboxed.

The current README gets the job done but there should be more documentation on how to deploy and host it as well as more steps that explain the current steps in the README.

I'm looking for more steps that explains how to set it up securely as well as explains each step.

Please don't submit pull requests that just changes the formatting.
