Change meta-metadata based on page elements before extraction

We need a before semantic action that changes the meta-metadata based on the existence / content of specified page element(s) before extraction.

It is unclear how this interacts with the current reselect mechanism, which does not completely change the meta-metadata but adds a mix-in object. Possibly, these two can be somehow unified.
