Description of Feature

Likely going to cache this part with KV with the key being some kind of hash between event ID and user ID, deleting on user/event deletion and/or some kind of arbitrary time based trigger.

Using an AI prompt model given the user's activities and the event description, describe why the event would be beneficial for the user. Applies to all events. Serves as an API point for generation, then linked to KV for caching. Goal is to better motivate users to try new stuff.
