Invoke-WebRequest fails #1
Description
Every Get-ARM* command fails with this error:
Invoke-WebRequest : The 'Content-Type' header must be modified using the appropriate property or method.
Possibly due to being on PS 3.0? If so, it would be nice if there was a workaround for 3.0, or else 4.0 was specified as the min required version.
