Update UXarray when release including rasterized graphics comes out

Keeping an eye on UXARRAY/uxarray#1271; once this is merged, I hope to incorporate this as an option (probably the default option) since it promises a major speedup in plot creation--hopefully an order of magnitude or more faster--compared to the existing Polycollection method.

We will include UXARRAY/uxarray#1271 as part of our June release, which is scheduled for Thursday June 26th

@philipc2 I notice with the newest UXarray version (https://github.com/UXARRAY/uxarray/releases/tag/v2025.06.0) that the older Polycollection method is now broken; was this deprecated intentionally or is it a bug? If the latter I can open an issue with more information.

Can you share what issue you are running into? They appear to be working on our docs , unless we modified something that broke things.

@philipc2 FYI whatever the issue was, it appears as if it was fixed between 2025.06 and 2025.09; when I updated to the latest release I am no longer having any trouble plotting with the old method.
