Launch Drupal CMS interrupted on Windows 11 - composer.json

Hello,

After downloading the latest update https://new.drupal.org/drupal-cms/launcher, unzipping and launching Drupal.CMS.Windows\Drupal CMS\Launch Drupal CMS.exe, I did the following.

Using Windows 11 on two computers:

One of them : everything works just fine
The second one : I get the following error after just a few seconds (XYZ being the user folder):

Error: Cannot find module 'C:\Users\XYZ\Documents\drupal\composer.json'
Require stack:
- C:\Users\XYZ\Downloads\Drupal.CMS.Windows\Drupal CMS\resources\app.asar\out\main\main.js

I see no mention of prerequisites tools to install, PATH or config file to check etc. (but I know the first computer has more technical tools installed).
So I'm a bit confused regarding the second computer issue.

I have admin rights on both computers.

Do you have any clue to share? Thank you.

This is a bug of some sort. I don't know what causes it, but I've definitely been seeing reports of it from time to time. I have a plan for how to work around it, can try to get that done some time this week.

I'm hoping this is fixed by e33c5c3, which will be in the next release.
