Stopping individual running models

Here's an undocumented feature where you can try this, click on the RAM

That looks and behaves exactly like I wanted - but I see that it does not actually release the memory on model unloading, memory consumption stays exactly the same as it was before that

@karpov-sv , thanks, addressed a critical bug from earlier PR #259 , i'm hoping that fixes this issue.
