[Feature request] Side bar persistance after click

Edit: title should probably say "after press" instead of "click."

It would be nice if there was an option to toggle sidebar persistance.

• tap once for sidebar to pop out without the need for keeping finger pressed on screen.
• sidebar would disappear again if pressed a second time, or after app launch.
• this would allow a more point and click feel instead of having to slide your finger up and down, which can feel a little cumbersome when the bar is populated with a lot of apps.
