QAI screening parameters do not align with those described in documentation

Hi David,

In paramter file: force-paramter TSA. Some of 'SCREEN_QAI' paramters need more description, or you might want to make them similar to the document:

For example:

• If the LLUMIN_NONE , ILLUMIN_POOR correspond to illumination good and poor. Then what is the ILLUMIN_LOW? I suppose it is the illumination shadow? Also the illumination medium is missing
• Which SUN_LOW corresponds in the High sun zenith flag? no or yes?
• Same for SLOPED

Hi,

if you want, please give it a shot in the parameter file. Though I always thought it would be understandable.

• NONE == Shadow
• POOR == POOR
• LOW == MEDIUM (yeah okay, point taken)

I honestly believe the others are self-explanatory because the quality filters are meant to filter out bad conditions (i.e. yes is filtered out)
