Storing of 2 same bed files with different columns #80
Description
We encountered an issue where a BED file with 3 columns was added to the database, and then it was overwritten by a different file with the same regions but more columns (I was overwriting the record, not updating it).
In the future, should we keep track of this information? What should we do in this situation?
