Add tags to the repo

It would be useful if this repository could be tagged whenever a release is made to crates.io, to make it easier to look at the source code for a given release. Ideally, a Github Release would also exist, so we can easily look at changes (although CHANGELOG.md is fine).

Can we add a GitHub v2 release for 0a835f7c76a54f14f25d368ac6b5a0502bea43e4? The GH interface can also automatically create a tag :)
