Description is not clear, what actually is implemented. You should say: add Embedded Explorer View that is locked to be sync with Package Explorer.

I would like to have that for right click inside Project Explorer or Package Explorer.
e.g. inside Explorer submenu. Could it be easy/feasible?

There is http://timealias.bplaced.net/ContextMenuPlugin/ - but it is comercial / closed source.
In the the FAQ, under why is it not free? the author says "...sent me proof-of-concept exploit and hardening was too time consuming to give it away for free."
