Add Benchmark for ABE Waters Type 3 to Compare With Charm Implementation #4
Description
The Charm library implements a type 3 version of Waters' ABE scheme. We also have implemented this scheme in craco. It would be nice to compare these two implementations to have an idea of how we compare to Charm in terms of performance.
This would require adding a benchmark to Charm and to this project as neither exists yet.
