its great, but can not add toolbar to each view on bottom! why ?

i test the last code, but found a problem is that the toolbar of each view can not display.
is someone have found this question or have resolved it?
because there have no space to place button on top of view,
so, add toolbar to each view will enable the end user more operations in each view.
