Could not get my query result from clue.io

Hi there, I met a problem when useing query from clue.io

The query parameters were selected as "Gene expression (L1000)" "Touchstone" "Individual queries" "Latest", and I loaded my up-regulated genes and down-regulated genes.

The process went well and I got my query with status "Completed (with download)" without error message.

How when I click the download icon, I get this error page:

Or if I want to get the heatmap, I get another error message:

I wonder if it's a network problem with amazon service or the clue.io server is not available right now.

Hello, I think this issue is not related to cmapR, but rather to clue.io. Could you please contact their support?

The clue.io stopped to offer email support for their website and apps. Do you have approaches to contact them? I would like to contact them if possible.
