Vulkan Experiments 404 & 405 are missing

The 404 and 405 vulkan experiments are missing from io/CMakeLists.txt. However, when they are added, they don't actually run (since they've not been tested).

So you'll need to add the two projects to the CMakeLists.txt file and then make them work.
