Submit package to packagist

There is a composer.json file now, but the package isn't available on packagist so adding a 'repository' object to the root composer.json is required.

May want to consider reorganizing the code into PSR-4 format as well.

Yes, it would be great. However meanwhile just edit your composer.json file so it includes the "repositories" section pointing to this git repo and then add "binaryage/firelogger" to your "require" section. Full details are described here: https://getcomposer.org/doc/05-repositories.md#vcs.
