Make the mkConfig() Function Versatile #5
Description
The mkConfig() function inside the file system.py is hard coded for only Wanderer. Make it more versatile.
- don't force an ftp call for the parent config
- don't force a parent config at all
- allow for custom values in the local config
- allow for more than just two config files to be created
