Convert the specification without the series #3
Description
I'm trying to convert a .spc file (containing a specification of x13) to a JD+ specification (in .XML).
When I'm using the SpecParser I'm getting these errors:
Is it possible to save this specification even if I don't supply data with the .spc file ?
