Feature Request: Add a Static Chatbot on Home Page

Is your feature request related to a problem or challenge?
Yes. Currently, new users visiting the home page may not clearly understand how to navigate the application or discover its main features. This leads to a steep learning curve. Adding a static chatbot will address this challenge by guiding users step-by-step through predefined questions, making onboarding smoother.

Describe the solution you'd like
Add a static chatbot on the home page that appears as a floating button. When clicked, it opens a small chat window that guides users through a set of predefined questions and answers.

i am doing this under GSSoc'25 and please also assign the level for this
