Allow configuration of the ExecutorService used in Launching project

ParallelJ launching layer is now using ExecutorServices so as to allow ParallelJ to work in a multi-threaded environment. Nevertheless, the ExecutorService is fixed in the source code, and it should be great to be able to define it in the configuration file.
