Step api rake db:seed not going through

It's pause on Email and Password steps:

I manage to resolve this issue. Here are the steps:

1. Open: C:\Ruby25-x64\lib\ruby\gems\2.5.0\bundler\gems\spree_auth_devise-f155d176565f\db\default\users.rb

2. Change q.echo = false to q.echo = true under prompt_for_admin_password function. (Line is 10)

3. Then remove the tables from database.

4. Run below scripts from start:
   rake db:migrate
   rake db:seed
   rake spree_sample:load
