Missing Source Code for Version 0.1.6 #4

awesome work with lenses! thank you very much.
i noticed that the latest version 0.1.6 has a dependency on @atomic-object/records, which on its own has peer dependencies on knex and dataloader. since i cannot find any actual dependency on records in the code, i would like to contribute a cleaned up package.json.
the code in the repo here on github does not match the latest version 0.1.6 on npm though 🤔 any chance to push those changes?
