Add Funder/partner section

Add logos for funders and their names. Could be in About page or add an Acknowledgements page

We can change this to "supported by" which would be Sloan. We can also have a section for partners which could be ScienceBetter, PressForward, CfA Library, NASA ADS, Zenodo... am I missing one? And I think we can include this on an about page like Press Forward. Another potential place for the logos is in the footer.
