[Question / Enhancment] Support for .NET Framework 4.8

Do you see a chance to bring back support for .NET Framework 4.8?

It was remove here from 5.1.5 to 5.2.

However, .NET Framework 4.8 is still officially supported by MS and still in use by many projects.

Of course, if there is a need to do it. I haven't seen .NET Framework in use for many many years as it's Windows only legacy. It's somewhat hard to keep dependency on .NET 4.8 if you are not developing on Windows.
