No way to batch change notifications

There is currently to batch together change notifications. Currently, if 100 contacts are added (e.g. facebook just sync'd), then we will fire 100 separate change events which is bad for performance.

In ContactsManager API, we are/were supporting batch change notifications:

@jmajnert has an idea of reusing the Cursor object to fire only 1 change event and let the app iterate through the changes (see issue #25). I personally think it is an interesting thought.
