Unable to use the plugin

Hi. I am fairly new to airflow. I have cloned the repository in plugins folder of airflow home.
How to I access the plugin?

I have tried importing the following ways:

from airflow.operators.S3ToRedshiftPlugin import S3ToRedshiftOperator
from airflow.operators import S3ToRedshiftOperator

Can you please help?
