Error page show when backend is scaling up

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

The problem occurs when a use visits the main page and sees a generic error page that makes it seem like the service isn't working correctly. If it is expected behavior, then the page shouldn't be an error page and needs to be "friendlier".

Describe the solution you'd like

Be great to show a nice page to users whilst the servers are allocating resources.

Describe alternatives you've considered

Could permanently allocate server resources so that there is never any delay when loading a suspended resource.
