Lots of problems with patching #15 while using CiviCRM

I see that SeamusLee provided a patch #15 that is related to CiviCRM.

I have been getting lots of composer errors related to this patch and was wondering if something is wrong with it or if I need to do something on my end. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Here is the error I am always getting....
