Android Q: FFmpeg permission denied

@adrielcafe With Android 10 the converter is not working anymore because ffmpeg can't be executed. As you are using the ffmpeg library by WritingMinds and they haven't added Android 10 support yet, would it be able to just change the dependency to another ffmpeg library (eg https://github.com/tanersener/mobile-ffmpeg) that supports Android 10?

I solved the problem by using a different library.
