Connect to ABC to fetch papers #3
Description
- continue getting bib data for papers from postgres
- postgres now contains AGRKB IDs in pap_identifier
- some AGRKB IDs might point to the wrong paper because of unmerged data or conflicts (still working on this but it shouldn't affect new papers so all extraction pipelines should be ok)
