[BUG] Import files list isn't working

Describe the bug
Whenever I am going to import the exported files list after a new installation, the app isn't doing anything.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Export files list
2. After a new installation, try to import the files list
3. Nothing happens

Expected behavior
It was supposed to restore the previous files list in Uploadgram app.
