suggestion: make builds faster by providing the previous image to the cnb creator

The cnb builder should expose a previous image argument, so we could make builds faster by providing the current image reference when it exists (from the previous build).

Note that to make full use of the cache, we also need to make sure that renku buildpacks are optimized to use caching layers.
