SSUI Update leaves unreferenced Server instance

updating the ssui whilst the server was running caused the server to become detached from ssui, when the server is started again using ssui it runs up a second instance, whilst the first one keeps going as well.

Happened on debian trixie, probably affects windows too.

I guess i'm missing a stop server call before kicking off the update. E: I sure am!
